Buying or selling a property is a big task. Whether you are a first time buyer, an experienced homeowner, or a keen investor, my goal is to make the process simple for you. I love real estate, and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with people searching for the right property, or selling their current home. After many years working in professional sales in other industries, I’m very happy to now be involved in something I love so much. I look forward to each time I can help with such a personal and exciting decision. Over many years I have developed strong skills to negotiate, analyze, and advise clients. My strength is my ability to work with people, to listen well, and to identify and understand what a client needs. I have a passion for design, renovation, and construction. I love to see a beautifully designed home, but equally love to imagine the potential in a handyman’s special. My interest is in every detail from the roof material to the kitchen sink. As a graduate from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, I also have an interest in sustainable and energy efficient home design. Originally from Sudbury, I have worked and lived in many different neighbourhoods in Ottawa, including the Glebe, New Edinburgh, and Wellington Village. My community involvement includes volunteering for both the local women’s shelter Harmony House and for the national fertility preservation organization Fertile Future. I have two amazing young kids, and a fantastic husband that all keep me busy, happy, and entertained when I'm not working. I work by referral. This means instead of focusing my time and efforts on promotion and marketing myself to find my next client, I instead focus my time and efforts on giving the best possible service to my current clients. I then ask them to refer me to friends and family buying or selling a home.
