The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many drastic changes to our everyday lives. We are all navigating through uncharted waters and doing the best we can to adjust.
At Graphic Tree, we are fortunate to be able to continue business, because our production is located in a private facility with no walk-in service.
In this time of uncertainty, we want to inform you that we are taking the necessary steps to focus on the safety and well-being of our associates and customers. We are being extra attentive with cleanliness to ensure that all orders have received the utmost care and sanitation. Therefore, we have made some key changes to our process:
1. Products will available for socially distanced, hands-free pick-up, by appointment only. 2. Customers who usually enjoy our delivery service will have the option to arrange a socially distanced hands-free drop off, or hands-free pick up by appointment only. 3. We are still happy to produce and provide installations such as signage and vehicle graphics which will be assessed individually.
