About Us

My name is Rikki Lenahan and I am the owner of Mind Body Soul Doula and Wellness. I am a mom of two beautiful daughters and an angel son (2008-2009). I am also a very proud gestational surrogate who has given birth to twins in 2016 for an amazing family and currently working on my second surrogacy journey now. I am located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and also offer many of my services virtually. I offer full spectrum doula care from fertility to postpartum to loss, Reiki energy healing sessions, life/transformation/mindfulness coaching, surrogacy support, yoga and meditation services. 

I am a certified scared fertility, birth, postpartum and bereavement doula. I am very passionate about full spectrum care and helping families have their best birth, postpartum and everything in between experience. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported and provide you with all the information you should need to feel confident through your journey. You will receive compassion, support, love, light and care when working with me. I’d like to think a lasting friendship could form as well. 

I am very passionate about providing support, care and guidance to families who are and have suffered a pregnancy, infant or child loss as well. My mission is to do my part to ensure no one walks any part of this alone. I am a certified SBD (stillbirthday) Doula and I support you no matter what your journeys outcome. 

I love working with people from all different walks of life. I am very passionate with specialized care for surrogate moms, their intended parents, and sacred fertility care. My main goal is supporting you through every stage of your life's journey.
