Ability First Ottawa is a charitable organization that provides comprehensive services and support to individuals (with or without developmental disabilities) and their families.

Services include our monthly “Awesome Mondays” life-skills program, the Housing Navigation Program, and the Parent Support Program.

Monetary donations and Community Sponsors are welcome to ensure that we can continue offering quality services to our participants and their families.
