Soothe well was developed by duo of mental health professionals with a masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Our team have worked in various settings from mental health hospitals to community shelters and saw a need for a quick and simple way to relieve stress in overwhelmed individuals,themselves included, out of that search, Soothe Well was born.  

Soothe Well aromatherapy dough is a non-toxic and all natural, handmade product, infused with calming and natural essential oils.

Why aromatherapy?

Our minds recall scents, and those recollections evoke emotion. When a pleasant scent speaks to you, it triggers positive feeling. The scents from essential oils have been shown to improve mood and anxiety.

Touch & texture

We have learnt that sensory touch and play in children can reduce stress and anxiety and this doesn't change as we age, we tend to just find other ways of trying to relieve stress, but sometimes its best to go back to the basics because IT WORKS! Squishing, squashing, rolling, cutting, sculpting and molding our therapy dough also helps release the tension in your hands.  

Today it is so easy to become overwhelmed with all of our to do lists whilst trying to balance a work life, a personal life and still make time for self care.
