Every month, we offer a variety of cooking classes to suit every interest and schedule. We collaborate with Ottawa’s hottest Chefs to bring you innovative menus in two distinct formats: hands-on and demonstration.

Chef instruction, all recipes, a multi-course meal, wine pairings with the menu, non-alcoholic beverages, Bridgehead’s “urban element signature blend” coffee, and assorted teas.

Our 3-course menus change with the season and feature local producers whenever possible.

full and half-day meetings (12-30 ppl)
Our 20’ boardroom/dining table plays host to inspiring full- and half-day group meetings, training sessions and staff retreats. We can custom design a productive agenda that can be combined with a hands-on cooking class, wine tasting or workshop.

Our culinary events bring people together to mix and mingle alongside our chefs, sommeliers and hosts. We provide different formats that serve as a launching pad for team-building, business development and your brand recognition.
