I guess you could get good customer service here... IF youre a man. If youre a woman, frankly, dont bother. Twice I went in and was helped by the friendliest, most knowledgeable woman. Too bad shes not there every day all day. Other times, Ive been completely ignored and not offered help. Other times I have asked for help and have been talked down to. What size CS Osborne spring punch would you recommend for #12 size rivets? Uh, I dont know, Im not a hole size expert. I have easily spent $2,000 there in the last three months. This level of service is UNACCEPTABLE for my level of patronage. Im all for shopping local and encouraging bricks & mortar businesses, but I will now happily purchase online from companies who offer customer service. Apart from my super-kind lady, these guys have no clue...
